L3Harris now sets the standard for driving software-defined production: bringing artificial intelligence (AI) to the factory floor, streamlining operations and supply chain management with Palantir’s Warp Speed operating system. Together, we’re delivering breakthrough integrated capabilities like TITAN, the US Army’s Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node.

L3Harris’ night vision goggles business leverages the automated actions suggested by MRPSpeed, Palantir’s next-generation Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Engine, to resolve shortages that bottleneck production in real time. MRPSpeed’s dynamic scenario planning capabilities further enable the business to optimize executive-level decision-making around demand prioritization, throughput, and capacity.
- AI-Enabled Supply Chain Resilience. Millions of shipping documents are processed with AI to create a high-fidelity Country of Origin data asset across L3Harris sites, enabling intelligent, risk-aware sourcing and tariff-aware supply chain forecasting.
- BOM360 and ChangeOS. The Armed Overwatch program drives millions in savings leveraging BOM360 to identify and resolve excess material issues and discrepancies across engineering drawings, Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOMs), and Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOMs). ChangeOS streamlines configuration management for Armed Overwatch engineers, surfacing automated cost calculations and downstream impacts of proposed engineering changes.
- AI-Powered Troubleshoot Assistant. AI-powered troubleshooting assistants across L3Harris’ tactical communications production lines drive reduction in troubleshoot cycle time by providing technicians with suggested resolution steps informed by historical data and institutional knowledge.
